Clare was born in Ballarat and attended Loreto College, before leaving for Melbourne to study fashion at Melbourne College of Textiles. Working mainly in the bridal industry in Melbourne through the 90s, Clare then moved to Sydney where she worked as a fashion designer. Clare also travelled to Paris, London and Los Angeles for work projects before returning to Ballarat in 2006 and launching her own business :: Clasch Design.
Clasch Design, is a design/dress-making business with an emphasis on individual style and fit. Specializing in Wedding dresses, Deb dresses and special occasion wear. Your garment will be specially fitted to your shape and appropriate fabrics sourced for you.
Clasch Design was awarded Bridal Gown Designer of the year for 2021 for the Ballarat/Bendigo Region.
